TotalEnergies<\/strong> on LNG-related transactions, including the negotiation of cooling down and gassing up agreements for LNG tankers, the drafting and negotiation of LNG supply and bunkering agreements, the structuring of LNG sales operations across Europe, and the negotiation of long-term LNG terminal use and loading agreements, including with Gate Terminal.<\/p>\n\n

Petronas<\/strong> on the negotiation of deep offshore production sharing contracts (PSCs) in Gabon, the setup of its operations in the Republic of Congo, regulatory matters across multiple African jurisdictions (including under OHADA and WAEMU law), the transfer of petroleum interests in Chad, and the acquisition and divestment of upstream and midstream assets across Africa.<\/p>\n\n

SMH (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Mauritanienne des Hydrocarbures)<\/strong> on the management of its participation in the Grand Tortue field, the structuring of joint ventures with international oil companies, and in connection with the Nigeria\u2013Morocco gas pipeline project.<\/p>\n\n
