Depth of knowledge
Diamantis & Partners was set up as a law firm dedicated to energy and infrastructure projects worldwide, with a focus on emerging markets in general and Africa in particular. It brings together complementary expertises, legal but also strategic. Law is a technical knowledge, but it is also the reflect of thought, of culture, and of power dynamics, deeply rooted in local politics and local history. Having a knowledge which goes further than law is often a valuable advantage.
Plurality of expertises
Our team consists of complementary profiles used to working together, all of which are knowledgeable in several fields of law, allowing for a wider span of professional attention. Having the experience of litigation is in our view beneficial to the transactional practice, and likewise, having structured complex projects and having a deep sectorial understanding is also useful in the event of litigation.
International Expertise
The firm’s partners have all worked in global law firms and overseas. Paris based and active in France, the team’s practice, including that of our associates, is largely international.
